Whats new at Pilates for Golfers?
We now have 3 types of classes to chose from:
  • Introduction to Pilates. This is highly encourage for anyone new to Pilates or those wanting to revisit the basics to improve their technique. 
  • Foundation - PFG online. A great class for those new or with limited Pilates experience. Slower pace and simpler movements while achieving a great workout for your body.
  • Intermediate - PFG online. This is an ideal class for those with a few years of Pilates experience wanting an extra challenge.

Hit the ball further, straighter and more accurately with less chance of injury.


Golf requires repeating the same essential movements. This can cause imbalances in the body as some muscles become overused and others weakened.


For a golfer, muscle imbalances can affect the legs, hips, arms, shoulders, and the lower back. It can also affect your game - your drives may be shorter and less accurate, the potential for injury becomes greater and your stamina may decrease due to inefficient movements.

Pilates for Golfers focuses on strengthening and mobilising muscles required specifically for golf to reduce or eliminate imbalances.

Our new timetable

Our face-to-face classes are currently on hold until further notice while implement social distancing. Our online classes are a great way to keep moving during these challenging times, as much for our mind as for our body. And you'll be ready to get back out on the golf course!
